Viscose

Viscose is a natural fibre, obtained mainly from the wood pulp of fast-growing trees such as firs, wild pines, poplars, birches and beeches. Initially conceived as an economical version of silk, it has characteristics more similar to cotton, such as a fairly cool feel. Compared to cotton, it has better drapability and a greater slipperiness that makes the fibre difficult to soil.
